About me

Who I am:

I was born  in the Congo in 1980  and had an amazing childhood living outdoor in Africa. After taking a master’s in Translation at the Higher Institute of Translators and Interpreters in Brussels (ISTI) I  decided to travel around the world. My  interest in photography began to develop after being published twice in the magazine Geografica in Chile in 2005. Ever since, my camera has followed me everywhere I have been travelling and I won awards for my social photography projects: White Ebony and Look at me, I am beautiful.

I love what I do and I’m very lucky to have a supportive family who has helped me to follow my passion, especially my loving man, Arda.

I am also the proud mother of a beautiful little girl called Mila that I can’t stop photographing.

I am based in Brussels, Istanbul and Kinshasa. I work in all of Europe and beyond.

The way I work:

I am a on site photographer which means that I come to you or we meet at a location of your choice or at a location I can suggest

My style is very simple. It might be a little cliché to say this but I just want to capture natural moments. I don’t usually make people pose or look at the camera (dads usually feel relieved about it;0). What I  say to my clients is “Just do whatever you would normally do with your child if I wasn’t there”. And this how I capture very natural and loving moments.

I’m a nature lover so I prefer using natural light and the outdoors as a background .

Maternity, children and families is for most of us what gives a meaning to our life This is why I’m committed to shooting a unique portfolio that you can treasure with your family and friends.
